Good Samaritan

On 25 July, Shri Amar Nath Kundu, aged 62 had collapsed on the pavement near Shyambazar, Kolkata, India. Seeing him ill, a techie Shri Agnishwar Ray came in his rescue, who was on his way to office. He alarmed the nearby police but the police did nothing sans calling of a auto-rickshaw. No other person came forward in his rescue. Then Shri Roy took him to RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata and the person's life was saved after the treatment with help of Deputy Superintendent of the hospital Shri Siddhartha Niyogi.

Well done Shri Ray.
